Payment / Dispatch

Delivery period

The delivery of the ordered goods takes place within approx. 4 - 8 working days after complete payment. Should we not be able to deliver your order - e.g. due to unforeseeable high demand or bottlenecks at suppliers - you will be informed immediately about a delay caused by this.

Shipping costs

For a delivery to Germany we charge a shipping fee of 4.90 Euro. For parcels sent to Austria and Switzerland we charge 10.90 Euro. For islands and mountain stations within these countries we charge a shipping fee of 13.00 Euro. All shipping fees for other countries can be found below:

Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic: 9.50 Euro
United Kingdom and Monaco: 10.90 Euro
Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia: 12.90 Euro
Spain, Ireland, Portugal and Sweden: 15.90 Euro
Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway: 17.90 Euro
Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Iceland, Romania, Serbia: 29.90 Euro

We do not guarantee these prices for islands and mountain stations within these countries.

The prices quoted include VAT.

Terms of payment

Debit

If you pay by direct debit, we will ship your order immediately after receipt of payment. Your account details will be provided during the ordering process. You will then receive a summary from our payment service PayPal by e-mail.

PayPal

All orders are insured up to 500 Euro by the provider PayPal. If you pay with PayPal we will ship your order as soon as possible.

Credit Card

The legal requirements for payment by credit card are very high in terms of data security. Therefore we process the payment via our service provider PayPal. Your data will be deleted immediately after the payment has been made. Only a few seconds later we can process your order.

Invoice

With a purchase on account you do not have to make any payment before receipt of the commodity. In your parcel you will find an invoice with the corresponding bank transfer data. Please transfer the entire invoice amount within 14 days, stating the order number in the intended purpose.
